ACTIVELY SEEKING SHEET METAL WORKERS (Field Installers)

Experienced Sheet Metal Worker - Lead
Experienced sheet metal installer with proven leadership and management skills. This position will require the applicant to manage projects and crews along with installation of architectural sheet metal products at construction sites throughout the Southern California area. Applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Experienced in a variety of sheet metal installation applications
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees, management and customers
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to read, write and speak English
  • Operate motorized drills and saws, forklifts, boom lifts, along with sheet metal hand tools
  • Ability to read schematics and blue prints
  • Ability to accurately measure
  • Ability to draw and detail material needs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent work ethic and pride in workmanship, presenting a positive image of our company
  • Possess all necessary hand tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to foresee material and scheduling needs
  • Formal sheet metal training desired
  • Clean driving and criminal records
Salary is commensurate with experience, skill set and proficiency.

Experienced Sheet Metal Worker
We are currently looking for a sheet metal installer, preferably with some construction and architectural sheet metal experience. This position would require the applicant to install a variety of sheet metal applications as construction sites throughout Southern California. Applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to take direction from foreman and management and apply proper installation techniques to work.
  • Operate motorized drills and saws, forklifts, boom lifts, along with sheet metal hand tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Excellent work ethic and presenting positive image of our company
  • Ability to accurately measure
  • Possess all necessary hand tools
  • Have a means of transportation to and from work sites
Salary is commensurate with experience, skill set and proficiency.

Architectural Draftsman/Project Engineer (This position has been filled)

  • Full time draftsman proficient in CAD/Revit. Opportunity for hybrid workplace. Applicant must meet the following requirements:
  • Develop architectural design layouts and drawings from sketches and architectural drawings provided by designers, architects and engineers
  • Develop construction documents for construction
  • Coordination of drawing production activities for submittal process
  • Assist in the quality checking of drafted product and conformance with drawings, specifications, and in house take offs and proposals, proper construction design standards and project specific requirements
  • Collaborate professionally both internally and externally with fellow team members, contractors, material suppliers and architects
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Qualifications required for position:
  • Two years minimum of CAD drafting experience in architectural or related field
  • Two year technical or Associate's Degree (or higher) , or CAD certification or equivalent work experience. (A CAD test will be administered at the time of the interview)
  • Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, surveyors, architects and contractors
  • High proficiency in AutoCad/Revit
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational, technical and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision within or within a team environment
  • Fundamental working knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and drafting of solutions to basic info provided by design team
Salary is commensurate with experience, skill set and proficiency.

Remote work is possible for the right candidate, however, mandatory meetings to coordinate work in the office will be required.
